Electrical installations for houses and flats
We design and install the wiring in new builds as well as in renovated flats and family homes – including the consumer unit, the data network and preparation for a smart home.
Good to know
Your wiring will stay hidden in the walls for decades, so it pays to plan it well. Together with you, we go through where you will need sockets, lights and switches, where the TV, home office corner or kitchen appliances will go, and what technology you are planning for the future.
When renovating an older flat or house, replacing the sockets is often not enough. The original wiring may not cope with today's loads, and the consumer unit may lack protection that is standard today. We will tell you what needs replacing and what can stay.
Because we also work with computer networks, smart homes and security systems, we prepare the installation so these systems can connect to it directly – with no need to cut into finished walls later.
We hand over the finished installation with documentation, ready for the electrical inspection and testing (certification) required before it can be put into service.
