What data we process and why

If you send us a message via the contact form, we process the data you enter in it (your name, email address and, where provided, your phone number, the subject and the text of your message), together with technical data about the submission (date, time and IP address). We use this data solely to deal with your enquiry and for subsequent communication with you.

Legal basis

The processing is necessary in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, where applicable, is based on our legitimate interest in replying to your message (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention period

We keep the data only for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and the related communication. If the enquiry leads to a contractual relationship, the data is further governed by the terms of that relationship and the applicable legislation.

Recipients

We do not disclose the data to third parties for marketing purposes. Access to it may be granted only to the providers of web hosting and email services who operate our website and email on our behalf.

Your rights

You have the right of access to your data, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to the processing. You can send your request to info@grandcom.sk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, Slovakia.

Cookies

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser; similar technologies include, for example, the browser's local storage. This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. We store only the data necessary to remember your choices (your cookie consent and selected language); third-party external content is loaded only with your consent, in accordance with the Slovak Electronic Communications Act.
